First dibs: Bang Bang’s bangin’ new look 2018

Free entry? Check. Air guns? Check. Higher dancefloor? Check. These are just some things Bang Bang has introduced to help your party go with a bang.

The secret’s out. Nightlife base Bang Bang will open with a brand new look this #Friyay night, January 12, 2018.

Bang Bang underwent a clandestine transformation and has decided to drop its cover charge too, challenging the norm of traditional clubs in Singapore.

“We believe that our guests should not have to pay a fee to simply enter. We are proud to be the first nightclub in Singapore to eliminate entry charge,” said the owners.

So be prepared to find this glittery institution packed with revellers late into the night.

We also have the pictures to illustrate what owners, husband-and-wife team Josh and Sarissa Schwartz, have decided to do with the 5,000-sq-ft space within Singapore’s Pan Pacific Hotel.

There’s a new metallic bar with a statement Bang Bang bottle vault that showcases customised hand painted bottles, each bejewelled by a local artist.

Other over-the-top new details include a raised stage, mirrored ceilings and illusion infinity tables – some equipped with CO2 gun, clearly wanting party-goers to end each night with a bang.

Besides the newly raised dancefloor, the iconic UV coated diamond dance cage has also been reimagined, now doubling in size and we guess, in fun – if you’re into that sort of thing.

And you know how co-working spaces are all the rage right now? Well, Bang Bang wants to pioneer a “co-clubbing” movement. Management hopes to invite smaller groups to achieve a shared VIP table experience. This new social experiment will try to connect clubbers, enabling them to enjoy table service, queue-jump and bottle service as part of a combined group – “bringing the sharing economy” to the nightlife industry.

To unveil the new Bang Bang, there will be a one-off, laser show on January 12 from French performer Mickael Bellemene.
