Of note are his signature doubled-boiled sea whelk consommé with black garlic and braised superior Bird’s Nest dumpling wrapped with egg white. The hotel also has an intimate family retreat to enjoy a gastronomic breakfast at Brasserie Les Saveurs and a $100 dining credit at the hotel’s dining spots, including Yan Ting.

This one is great for the little ones. As part of the hotel’s Breakfast in Bed for Mum package, kids get to create their own heart-shaped pancakes with assistance from the hotel’s chefs, at Melt’s live gourmet station. Their culinary creation will be placed on a breakfast trolley and delivered in-suite for mums to relax and enjoy breakfast in bed. Available only on May 7-8.

Angelina Singapore has created the Venus pastry to exemplify a mother’s tender love. Crafted with a pink powdered veil topped with raspberries and lychees, the special treat balances both softness and sweetness, complete with a crunchy centre with a light rose-scented mousse. The special set menu includes a selection from over 40 varieties of sumptuous dim sum items, such as the wok-fried lobster in 20-year “hua diao” wine, and herbal pork rib with black fungus and enoki mushroom. Mitzo will also treat all mothers to a free Mother’s Day set menu or brunch with every three paying adults.
