On top of its impressive 360-degree vista that promises unobstructed views of the much-anticipated New Year’s fireworks extravaganza, Cé La Vi ups the ante on its year-end celebration with Mask & Mirrors, an extravagant masquerade ball-themed party that calls for black-tie sophistication and glamorous guise. Embodying the dramatic theme, the rooftop establishment will be bedecked in shades of ebony and gold with mirrors adorning its posh interior. The celebration includes feasting on the restaurant’s sensational seven-course New Year’s Eve Dining Menu of modern Asian cuisine, featuring culinary creations such as Kataifi Alaskan king crab, Wagyu beef cheek stew and Pastry Chef Ariane’s Petit Four, before ending the rest of the year at the Cé La Vi Club Lounge for the ultimate champagne-popping, music-pumping countdown experience.

2)    Zafferano


Perched on the 43rd storey of the Ocean Financial Centre, Zafferano kick-starts the merriment early New Year’s Eve, accompanying the last sunset of the year with its three-course dinner of contemporary Italian cuisine, highlighting chef Marco Guccio’s Sardinian octopus carpacciowith pomegranate and house-made tagliolini with Canadian lobster and marinated tomatoes. The festivities continue with its New Year’s Eve Gala five-course dinner, featuring luscious sea urchin with Oscetra caviar and Jerusalem artichokes, Japanese sea bass filet with eggplant purée, and a decadent vanilla and rum mousse with chestnut paste, chocolate sponge and marron glacé. The feasting is followed by the countdown party at the Terrace Lounge where guests party away their last few hours of 2016 to pop hits from the 1990s spun by DJ MalcomX, before toasting to 2017 with a glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 amidst the phenomenal fireworks at Marina Bay.

LeVeL33 takes guests upwards (via private elevators) to its urban penthouse where they can revel in its dazzling end-year celebration, accompanied by panoramic views of the spectacular fireworks. Located in the Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower, the world’s highest urban craft-brewery is set to lavish guests with an array of canapés, a free flow of selected wines and craft beers by Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia. Adding to this indulgence is chef Jimi Tegerdine’s one-night-only dinner menu, which highlights his culinary creations such as Spinach Pork and 12-hrs Slow Roast Beef Tenderloin. For guests in a time crunch, the establishment warmly invites newcomers at the very last hour, just in time to usher in the New Year with a glass of champagne in hand.
