Doutzen Kroes fronts Piaget campaign

The Dutch supermodel attends campaign launch at SIHH with Maison CEO Chabi Nouri.

Swiss luxury jewellery and watch Maison Piaget has unveiled its new global brand campaign, starring Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel was photographed by fashion photographers Mert & Marcus (Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott) in their trademark high saturation at Casa Kaya in Ibiza, a natural choice considering Piaget has presented four high jewellery collections — Mediterranean Garden, Secrets and Lights, Sunny Side of Life, and Sunlight Journey — all inspired by the brilliant summers on the coast.

The campaign celebrates the the Piaget woman and her embracing radiance, energy, freedom, positivity and femininity. “Freedom is such an important value to me and one I share with Piaget,” says Doutzen Kroes. “Whether freedom of thought, of style or expression, this value has been magnificently brought to life through the lens of Mert & Marcus, as a woman free to be herself and express herself in her own unforgettable magical paradise.”

To present the campaign during the annual Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, the Maison recreated the seaside scenography by transforming the Country Club de Genève into a verdant rainforest, with new muse Doutzen Kroes joining Piaget CEO Chabi Nouri, the brand’s international ambassador Ryan Reynolds, and friends of the Maison Coco Rocha, Barbara Palvin, and Shanina Shaik.
