Bling Inspo: Rainbow for Summer

The latest jewellery collections that add a jolt of colour to your look.

Less than a year after introducing the Cactus de Cartier collection, which features designs set with emeralds, chrysoprase, carnelian and lapis lazuli to evoke the desert-inspired theme, the brand has extended its line-up with prettier options. Necklaces, rings and earrings come in pink gold, with spinels and diamonds for extra sparkle.

With their vibrant tones, it would be hard to miss Chaumet‘s new pieces from the Liens and Hortensia collections. Malachite, turquoise, lapis lazuli and pink opal spruce up the Hortensia Eden rings, pendants and ear studs, while chrysoprase, pink opal and white and grey mother-of-pearl give the Jeux de Liens bracelets or necklaces a splash of colour.

After presenting additions to the Rihanna ♥ Chopard Haute Joaillerie Collection, the Swiss Maison turns its attention to the limited-edition joaillerie collection, also designed with creative input from the Barbadian singer and style icon. The nine-piece capsule range oozes urban modernism, effortless confidence and strength with the clean, linear motifs of Chopard’s Ice Cube collection, in 18k certified-Fairmined ethical rose gold, diamonds and coloured ceramic in Jungle Green, a shade selected by Rihanna herself.

Joining the embroidered timepieces in Gucci‘s Le Marché des Merveilles collection are these feline-themed jewels, the Maison’s exploration of the animal world. In 18k gold or sterling silver, the necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and hand accessories are adorned with coloured enamel and precious stones such as citrine quartz, blue topaz, pink rubies and pearls.

Rose and milky quartz, London blue topaz and amethyst bestow summery hues to Ritratto, a collection launched by Pomellato to mark its 50th anniversary. Earrings, rings and pendants feature gemstones with the portrait cut, an ancient Indian technique that culminates in 101 facets. These stones are set at an asymmetric angle for that quirky twist.
