Standard Chartered relaunches Visa Infinite

The event saw guests marvel at the card’s extensive travel privileges.

Imagine travelling all around the world without having to even step away from the comforts of The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. That was exactly what guests attending the recent relaunch of the Standard Chartered Visa Infinite — known for its extensive travel privileges — experienced when they were given an immersive tour of the continents in late April. With chef Sandro Falbo and his award-winning team crafting culinary delights, one could literally let their palate do the travelling, with the likes of Angels on Horseback (UK), Polpo Pinchos (Spain) and Wagyu Beef Rib Kakuni (Japan) to tease epicureans. The entertainment that evening was no less rousing, with a Chinese drummer and a Japanese dancer representing the artistry of the East, and string musicians representing the West through their performance of famous musical show tunes. Finally, it was left to pastry chef Janice Wong to send off guests on a sugar high with her edible art masterpiece, inspired by the heavenly Northern Lights.
