Porsche gets into the spirit of giving

The APAC arm of the German marque makes a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Christmas.

Christmas may be a month away but Porsche Asia-Pacific has already gotten into the mood for the season. At an event held yesterday, the company presented a cheque for a sum of $18,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore, an organisation that helps fulfil the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. The cheque was presented by Martin Limpert, managing director of Porsche Asia-Pacific, who added that Porsche “places a strong interest in supporting youth and young children, making the dreams come true, a value that is aligned to Make-A-Wish Foundation’s vision and mission”. As such, the event also saw three of the foundation’s beneficiaries spend time with their role model, swimmer and Olympic Gold Medallist Joseph Schooling, while also enjoying the Panamera and Cayenne.
