Ferrari Owners’ Club’s Masquerade Ball

The soiree saw 220 guests all decked in elaborate masks for a time of feasting, merry-making and also giving back.

Ferrari owners were in high spirits at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, where 220 masked gents and ladies turned up at the Island Ballroom all decked out in their finest threads and gems. While indulging in a tantalising four-course dinner, accompanied in style by Veuve Cliquot and Dom Perignon champagne, guests also feasted their eyes on a display of the Formula 1 car driven by seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher, as well as burlesque performances by Sukki Singapora. And in bringing the evening to a high, 10 of the club’s male members took the catwalk sporting Hublot watches to much wolf whistling and applause. It wasn’t just all fun and games, members also raised funds through a charity auction in aid of the Kidz Horizon Appeal. The revelry ended with a dessert buffet paired with Louis XIII cognac, as well as a supper of Teochew porridge.
