Celebrating her birthday this year, socialite Fanty Soenardy threw an elaborate sit-down dinner at the private fine dining Scotts 27 bungalow for 40 guests. Chef Denis Lucci worked with Soenardy for the four-course extravaganza that included Mozambique scampi with whisky, Acquerello risotto with Porcini mushrooms, tilefish in garlic mousse with mussels and saffron and cocoa “cigars” with passion fruit and coconut meringue.

Guests were decked in silver according to the night’s theme. Plenty of wine was served, starting with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne, followed with Cheval des Andes vintage 2015 and Domaine Chandon Chardonnay 2015. Soenardy was serenaded with not one, but two, tiered-cakes. One gifted from MTM Skincare managing director, Kelly Keak, and the other from Tiffany & Co.
The night’s festivities ended with a flourish when she served the rare Hennessy Paradis Imperial cognac.
