Fans of good food looking for a place to go this weekend are in luck: The Marina Bay Sands Epicurean Market returns today through Sunday, serving up nosh from some of the best in Singapore: The newly-minted Michelin-starred Waku Ghin by Tetsuya Wakuda and CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Bread Street Kitchen, Adrift by David Myers and more. On the drinks front, a host of masterclasses will offer an extensive wine experience, and attendees can head to the farmers market to pick up fresh produce and seafood. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
Opening at MBS in the first half of 2017, the Southern comfort cuisine star brings its winning menu items here after locations in Miami Beach, Florida, and Las Vegas. Preview classic offerings such as the Chicken ‘N’ Watermelon ‘N’ Waffles, Deviled Eggs and Fried Green Tomato BLT.
Part of the inaugural Sands Signature Series, this masterclass presented by Culina will see Brendan Da Costa, Regional Director & Brand Ambassador of Inniskillin in Asia give an introduction to one of Canada’s first estate wineries, as attendees enjoy a tasting of four varieties of icewine and learn about icewine and food pairing.

The iconic Australian label joins the Sands Signature Series, with Penfolds winemaking ambassador Patrick Dowling leading a five-decade vertical tasting of the 1978, 1988, 1999, 2004 and 2010 Penfolds Grange vintages, created to rival Bordeaux reds.
