Part of Izy Dining & Bar, Caché is offering three cocktails for National Day, inspired by Japanese ingredients and techniques. For Pandan’s Sake takes on the good ol' pandan flavour, mixed with coconut rum, sake-kokatou and pineapple juice, while the milky Tofully Annin comprises vodka, amearetto and apricot brandy, which pays homage to the traditional almond dessert Singaporeans love. Finally, Cha Cha Cha, inspired by the Masala tea, is a warm cocktail that infuses rum into Ceylon tea, roasted Hojicha, lemon grass and chrysanthemum.
