Global CEO of Meinhardt Shahzad Nasim has been at the forefront of landmark building projects across Singapore, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. In October 2013, it added to its portfolio Kuala Lumpur's Four Seasons Place, a towering skyscraper which will add to the Malaysian capital's fast-changing skyline. Meinhardt's other high profile projects include The Sail @ Marina Bay in Singapore; The River in Bangkok; Bank of China in Hong Kong and the 82-storey Ocean Heights in Dubai. In an engineering career that has spanned more than three decades, Nasim has established a reputation not only for innovative design and cost effective solutions for tall buildings and complex infrastructure projects, but also as an advocate for sustainability and good environmental practices. Meinhardt has among the highest counts of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum and Gold Plus awards among Singapore companies. Nasim, who became global CEO after masterminding a multimillion-dollar management buyout of the 55-year-old company in 2010, is a hands-on leader and a prolific speaker at local and regional conferences.
