A leading light of the Hong Kong clubbing scene, dragon-i has been a hotspot since its opening, having hosted hundreds of international celebrities and well-known performers over the years. Last year, it celebrated its 10th anniversary by throwing three different parties on November 20, 24 and December 5.
American-born DJ Little Louie Vega spun the deck on the first night to kick off one of the three anniversary celebrations, followed a few days later by DJ Luciano, specially flown into town to play his favourite music that kept the VIP guests dancing all night. To round off the celebration, dragon-i invited Scottish DJ, songwriter and record producer Calvin Harris to play in Hong Kong for the first time on December 5.
Guests spotted mingling at the glitzy occasions included Albert Yeung, Jennifer Tse, Ankie Beilke, Eunis Chan, Gordon Lam, Stephen and Deborah Hung, Marisa Zeman and Eydie Tai.
