Max Choo’s 100th day bash

Tell it to the parrot! The party thrown by Choo Ken-Yi and Stephanie Lee for their little boy saw 500 guests

Batten down the hatches! What with 350 adults and 150 kids in attendance, a pirate bouncy castle and a dessert table shaped like a ship, one could not have expected Max The Milk Bandit’s 100th Day Celebration to be anything other than riotous fun. Held at the Shangri-La Hotel, the pirate-themed party for Choo Ken-Yi’s and Stephanie Lee’s little boy Max also featured game activity stations, a balloon sculptor and a photo booth where families could play dress up with bicorn pirate hats, inflatable swords and flails. While one had to be of legal age to visit the Crocodile Creek Watering Hole (stocked with champagne, martinis and whisky), all guests, regardless of age, enjoyed the treasure chest-shaped birthday cake filled with jewels and milk bottles. Blimey.
