From classic baked favourites to snow skin varieties, this year’s mooncake collection comprises 12 exciting flavours that will add just the right amount of cheer to any joyful reunion. The latest addition to the baked category is the yam paste filling paired with a salty single yolk, a sweet-yet-smooth treat that is sure to delight groups of all ages. Other baked goodies to choose from this year’s assortment include sweet red bean, light lotus seed paste with single or double yolk, white lotus seed paste (with or without yolk) and crunchy assorted nuts paired with chewy sun-dried fruits.

Fans of the silky snow skin variety will be able to choose from up to four exciting delights ranging from exotic to familiar flavours. This includes a custard filling mixed with premium bird’s nest, lotus paste enhanced with aromatic ginseng with a single yolk set in the centre, and a dark chocolate version mixed with addictive almonds. Those who crave for the King of Fruits will also be spoiled by this year’s durian selection which includes bite-sized snow skin mooncakes. Stuffed with rich, creamy Musang King filling, each of these Mini Golden Ping Pei Musang King Durian mooncakes have been marked on its delicate snow skin crust with the hotel’s distinctive insignia in luxurious gold.
