The Maison reaffirms its commitment to the local film industry.

Jaeger-LeCoultre has once again showed its commitment to the local film industry as the official timepiece sponsor of the first Malaysian International Film Festival (MIFFEST) and Malaysia Golden Global Awards (MGGA). The Maison, which enjoys a longstanding connection with the film industry, gathered its customers to celebrate cinema in the presence of international and local actors at the official launch and opening ceremony that took place in NU Sentral Kuala Lumpur on the night of February 28 where esteemed guests were treated to a preview of the upcoming films that were to be premiered throughout the film festival week from 28 February until March 4.

The Maison’s strong connection with the film industry has also seen cinema’s most talented names wearing Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces, contributing as well to the Maison’s prestigious story, and the celebrities that attended MIFFEST were of no exception. Actress Yeo Yann Yann was seen with the Rendez-Vous Night and Day watch gracing her wrist, the Reverso Classic Medium Duetto Applicollé Miroir dial on Peau sur Peau strap (Christian Louboutin edition) was worn by Hong Kong actress and singer Gloria Yip, while the Master Ultra Thin Grande Feu was on the wrist of German film director Andreas Dresen, and MIFFEST and MGGA’s chair Joanne Goh opted for the Rendez-Vous Moon.
