Recyclothes Makes Its Grand Debut

The non-profit boutique introduces shopping with a conscience

Recyclothes, a non-profit boutique that sells curated pre-loved clothes, kicked off its grand launch by teaming up with Tish Lifestyle and Style Tribute to host the premiere of #SocialStylingSundays. The debut of #SocialStylingSundays marked the beginning of a series of soirées connecting women through the power of collaboration.

Invited guests were presented with the opportunity to shop for a cause as Recyclothes unveiled a selection of carefully curated pre-loved clothes donated by the public. 90 percent of sales proceeds will be channelled to charities and Recyclothes has chosen to work with Dignity for Children Foundation for their first round.

Founded by four enterprising young women – Rebekah Yeoh, Ruth Yeoh, Teo Yi Ping and Melissa Yang, Recyclothes was established as a social enterprise in May 2017 with an aim to empower women to dress for success. The donated clothes are pre-washed, inspected and tuned to excellent condition before being sold at heavily discounted prices.
