ALI Health, a member of the BP Healthcare Group, and Microsoft Malaysia have recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand the services of the mobile health application Doctor2U. With its newest feature scheduled to be launched this coming June, Doctor2U will be able to harness data insights and deliver more effective treatment plans for its patients when it leverages Microsoft’s intelligent cloud services to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into its platform.
Notably, Doctor2u will be powered by the HIPAA-compliant Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform. Through it, the talented team of engineers behind the application can enhance the existing application infrastructure to provide consumers with the best possible experience. Also, Doctor2U will be working closely with the Microsoft team to implement a new A-powered chatbot in its Live Chat feature. Thanks to the bot, customers will be able to receive faster and more accurate answers to commonly asked questions. Furthermore, Microsoft Azure is expected to provide back-end support when Doctor2U expands regionally to Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. With top-notch security protocols in place, users of Doctor2U can rest assured that all their health data will be kept safe and secure.
