From 20 September to 24 September 2016, one-Michelin-star chef, Nicolas Isnard, will be in Malaysia to present guests of Mandarin Grill a gastronomic journey. Renowned for his innovative creations and artistic flair, Isnard’s cuisine is influenced by Mediterranean and Italian flavours, as well as traditional Burgundian dishes. Some of Isnard’s specialties include filet de boeuf, farmed chicken egg and ‘contemporary-style’ onion soup.
In the course of four days, Isnard will be presenting some of his signature dishes that highlight his culinary philosophy – epicurean approach, respect for the product and a fresh cooking.
Three options are available during lunch (from 12pm to 2.30pm): three-course lunch, four-course lunch and five-course lunch. For dinner (6.30pm till late), guests may choose between a five-course dinner tasting menu and seven-course dinner tasting menu. Ala carte menu will also be available for dinner.
