The annual Hennessy X.O Appreciation Grows has always been recognised as an exceptional gastronomic affair that celebrates exceptional craftsmanship. This year marks a new beginning for Hennessy as they introduce an enhanced immersive experience that awakens and elevates the senses through Hennessy X.O Odyssey. The event aims to showcase the best of Hennessy X.O’s seven iconic tasting notes, crafted with complex flavours and rich contours.
To embark on this new genre of epicurean ideals, Hennessy X.O Odyssey 2016 will feature two established chefs – Malaysia’s very own culinary master chef James Won, owner of Enfin by James Won, and chef Nurdin Topham from the UK, whose impressive credentials include founding the one-Michelin-starred restaurant, NUR, in Hong Kong. Both chefs embarked on a joint quest to explore the freshest produce Sabah has to offer, as the state’s fertile landscape provides an ideal environment to harvest the finest ingredients.
The exclusive by-invitation-only event will be held from 31 October to 5 November 2016 and members of the public will be able to experience the gastronomic affair featuring the same menu at Enfin by James Won from 7 November to 30 November 2016.
