JIMMY CHOO, LONDON; OCTOBER 9

London-based shoe lovers were in for a treat on October 9, as Jimmy Choo hosted not one but two parties to celebrate the opening of its New Bond Street Townhouse and the launch of its Vices collection. The evening kicked off in the store itself, where DJ-of-the-moment Jack Guinness took to the decks as the lucky invitées swigged scrumptious cocktails and cooed over the brand's famous stilettos.

From there, it was on to a private dinner hosted by Jimmy Choo's Creative Director Sandra Choi, who entertained guests while award-winning chef Mark Hix produced course after delicious course of the best British grub. During dinner, a bevy of beauties including HRH Princess Beatrice, Kate Mara, Tamsin Egerton, Tallulah Harlech and Lady Kinvara Balfour gamely had their palms read by an on-hand psychic, who predictably revealed that their futures look very bright indeed.

The evening culminated with the unveiling of an installation by Mat Collishaw who, given his past as a leading member of the hell-raising Young British Artists, provided the perfect end to the party.
