What’s cooking at The Great Food Festival

Savour Events, RWS join forces for the “pinnacle of all food festivals in Singapore”, on until September 24 — here’s what to look out for.

There’s no saying no to food festivals, especially one run by the great minds behind Savour, a local highlight since its first edition, in 2012.

Now, Savour Events has teamed up with Resorts World Sentosa for their first collaboration, touted as Singapore’s biggest gourmet and lifestyle event to be staged in one integrated venue: The Great Food Festival sees 30 celebrity chefs and award-winning restaurants present their signatures, and five culinary experiences curated for every type of foodie.

The Star Chef Arena welcomes a host of big names that front establishments within Resorts World Sentosa, from Enrico and Roberto Cerea, of the the three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio, to Cat Cora, the first and only female Iron Chef on Food Network’s Iron Chef America. Heritage Lane suits old souls with a taste for family recipes, featuring Han Li Guang of Labyrinth, Stephan Zoisl of Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan, and more.

Foodies who never skip dessert need to make a stop at Rollin’ Sweet Times, the massive dessert and pastry showcase with more than 300 treats available to sample. Visitors looking to dine alongside their favourite chefs should sign up for the Feast of Kings, and the Connoisseur Collection serves up two four-hands dinner collaborations between Star Chef Arena headliners and Resorts World Sentosa’s resident chefs.
