The scenic Cloud Nine Terrace of St. Regis Bali Resort, Nusa Dua, will be the backdrop of a moonlight charity gala dinner that the resort is hosting in partnership with UNICEF. Set to take place on Saturday, October 15, the dinner commemorates a 20-year partnership between Starwood Hotels & Resorts and UNICEF. Prestige is the official media partner of the event.
The evening starts with complimentary aperitifs and canapés during twilight at the grass lawn by the beach from 6 PM, before dinner starts at 7PM. Featuring a six-course dinner (including amuse-bouche) complete with wine pairing, each dish will be prepared by a celebrity chef.
Chef Made Putra is cooking Kemangi-cured Salmon, Chef Farah Quinn is serving her Grilled Tiger Prawn, while Chef Maurizio Bombini is set to stun with his Poached Barramundi Fillet. The feast will continue with Chef Kevin Cherkas’ Black Squid Risotto and Chef Mandif Warokka’s 21 Days Wagyu Prime Ribs, and end on a sweet note with Jivara Milk Chocolate Tart by Chef Agung Ardiawan.
The exclusive dinner will benefit Check out for Children, a collaborative effort to benefit UNICEF Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects across Africa and the Middle East. As of 2015, the programme has raised $35 million and benefited 4.5 million children.
