Bvlgari Brings Back The 1980s With Its New Wild Pop High Jewellery Collection

The new Bvlgari Wild Pop high jewellery collection celebrates the excess and boundary-pushing ways of the 1980s, as well as the special relationship between the Italian powerhouse and Andy Warhol. Traditional high jewellery craftsmanship combine with surprising colour combinations and cutting edge technology for a collection that is unexpected, captivating and undeniably glamorous. Highlights include the Ruby Spring necklace, a sculptural masterpiece that pays tribute to Bvlgari’s Tubogas jewellery, and the Queen of Pop necklace, a platinum reinterpretation of a 1980s jewellery silhouette, complete with a 24.80-ct sapphire, baguette diamonds, mint tourmalines and sapphires.

In the video above, CEO Jean-Christophe Babin and Creative Director Lucia Silvestri, explain how Wild Pop continues to push Bvlgari’s creative boundaries, as well as the special significance of the 1980s from which it takes inspiration.
