Moët & Chandon, in partnership with Prestige, held a “Champagne Ladies Lunch” at Monty’s on Saturday, March 11. The special event was attended by the lovely ladies in elegant attire. Prestige Publisher Ronald Liem hosted the lunch.
The highlight of the event was a collaboration between Chef Lorenz Hoja, Chef De Cuisine of two-starred Michelin restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Head Mixologist Anandha Ruben from Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
The ladies enjoyed a three-course lunch started with yellow corn coulis with beef jelly and smoked duck breast, followed by hand-dived scallops from Hokkaido with kumquat mousseline and crunchy endive salad. Main course was wagyu sirloin just grilled and glazed with smoked aubergine and preserved shallots. The feminine cocktail was an infused of mix red fruits with Moët & Chandon rose champagne, topped with vanilla cream and crispy biscuit.
