DANIEL GOH

Head of Paediatric Cluster

Daniel Goh is the Head of NUH's Paediatric Cluster, which last year partnered with the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) to make life easier for the families of sick children. 2013 saw the opening of Singapore's first Ronald McDonald House, a 24/7 facility at NUH that allows families, particularly those in intensive care, to stay close to their children. Goh also sits on the board of RMHC Singapore, which helps families who cannot afford the medical care their children need. Since its founding in 1989, RMHC Singapore has helped more than 900 children with over $5 million in grants. Goh, who trained in paediatrics in Singapore and underwent subspecialty training in paediatric pulmonology and sleep at the Johns Hopkins Children's Centre, also heads NUH's Paediatric Pulmonary, Sleep and Critical Care Services. He is the founding chairman of the Children's Asthma and Allergy Network, or the “I CAN !” programme, which aims to provide holistic care to those with asthma and allergies.
