Revel in the exquisite Valentine’s Day menu at Ce La Vi, complete with a breath-taking view of the Singapore skyline and a dose of eclectic beats by the resident DJs. On the menu is a mouth-watering line up of delicacies from Chef Frederic Faucheux, including Irish oysters with passionfruit sorbet, sea scallop and foie gras and lamb rack with almond soy all accompanied by wine pairings chosen by Chief Sommelier Michael Leitner. Then, let love blossom with the Rose-Cardamom bloom, a delicate dessert filled with a rich and flavourful cardamom chocolate mousse and pistachio sponge, created by pastry chef Ariane Jimenez.

5.       Catalunya

Cheese lovers, rejoice!  Catalunya Singapore is celebrating this special season with an all-Spanish Cheese and Wine pairing on February 8-14. Sourced from all over Spain, the platter of Manchego, Idiazabal, Murcia al Vino, Mahón and Torta Del Casar cheeses come paired with three Spanish wines handpicked by the restaurant’s sommeliers. The cheese and wine platter is available over lunch and dinner.

6.      Dolce Vita

Mandarin Oriental’s Italian restaurant is offering a special romantic dinner menu that boasts an elaborate smorgasbord of dishes, such as scallop tartar, baked lobster tail and black cod. While regular diners choose between a four and five-course option, those who check into the hotel’s Moments of Love package have the five-course set built into their itinerary. The package also includes a one-night stay, spa treatment for two and personalised bathrobes, linens and champagne flutes.
