1. Rolls-Royce in Melbourne, Australia

The super-luxury automaker has opened its largest lifestyle-themed showroom in the Asia-Pacific region at the end of May. The new facility, housed in a purpose-built space, is fitted with a ground-floor car showcase in its six-car display space, undercover customer parking, as well as 15 exclusive long-term car storage spaces for customers. And to go with its lifestyle-theme, the showroom comes with a fully stocked bar and a full-service cafe with lifestyle elements in its bespoke lounge. Additionally, a Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ownership Services Centre is also housed within the premises, with three dedicated service bays to service and maintain its vehicles.

2. Tesla in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The American electric carmaker has opened its first showroom in Dubai this month, marking the second store by Tesla in oil-rich Middle East — the first was opened in Jordan earlier in the year. Models such as the brand’s Model S sedan and Model X four-by-four will be initially offered to buyers in the region, with the new Model 3 expected to only arrive some time next year. Additionally, the 17,000-sq-ft facility will also include a Tesla Service Centre to service owners from across the UAE.

3. Maserati in Singapore

Having changed distributor hands, Maserati launched a new showroom at service centre in Singapore under new authorised importer and distributor Tridente Automobili in May. The 7,000sq-ft space is dedicated to the showroom, where the latest MY2017 range of Maseratis, comprising the Quattroporte sedan, Ghibli compact sedan and Levante SUV, is on display. Additionally, a workshop area of 14,000sq-ft has also been set aside for integrated sales and after-sales service to owners, offered for the first time in the country. The workshop will be equipped to accommodate up to 20 cars with a total of 18 work bays when at full capacity.
